Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cliqora (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cliqora is an AI-powered photo gallery and delivery platform for professional photographers. The Service includes photo storage, AI processing (face recognition, culling, reels), client gallery sharing, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to Cliqora. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to breach or circumvent security measures; use the Service for unauthorized purposes; resell the Service without permission; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card is required. After the trial, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is preserved.

8. Data & Storage

We store your content on Amazon S3 with industry-standard encryption at rest and TLS for all transfers.

If you downgrade to a plan with less storage than you're using, we will notify you and give you time to download or delete content before any action is taken.

9. Cancellation & Data Retention

When your paid subscription ends (whether you cancel or it fails to renew):

  • Immediately: Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • 30-day grace period: After expiry, you have 30 days to view, download, and export your photos. Uploads and AI features are disabled during this period.
  • After grace period: Your account is downgraded to the Free plan (1 project, 1 GB). Projects beyond the free tier become read-only.
  • 90 days after expiry: Projects exceeding free tier limits are archived. We will send you multiple email warnings before this happens.
  • Re-subscribe anytime: If you re-subscribe before the 90-day mark, all your data is instantly restored with full access. After archival, contact support within 30 days to request restoration.

We do not permanently delete your S3-stored photos without manual review. Archival means your projects are marked inactive — the underlying files may still be recoverable for a limited time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cliqora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
