Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan: 3 GB of storage, 1,000 photo uploads every 30 days (photos only) and unlimited projects. Nothing is deleted, client share links keep working, and videos you already uploaded stay viewable. If you're using more than 3 GB, new uploads pause until you upgrade or free up space.
Does the trial include my own branding or subdomain?
No. The trial gives you 25 GB, unlimited uploads and video. Removing the "Created using Cliqora" link, your own yourname.cliqora.com subdomain and FTP camera uploads come with Starter; a custom domain comes with Pro. A subdomain, custom domain or FTP access you already set up keeps working on any plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely. You can switch anytime from your billing settings. Annual plans save up to 20% compared to monthly billing. We'll prorate any remaining balance when you switch.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or high-volume users?
Yes. Contact us for custom pricing if you manage multiple photographers or handle more than 10 events per month.
What are the limits on the free plan?
The Free plan includes 3 GB of storage, 1,000 photo uploads every 30 days, unlimited projects, selfie photo search, client selections and a portfolio site. It's photos only (no video), and galleries show a small "Created using Cliqora" link. Deleting photos doesn't give uploads back; the allowance resets 30 days after it starts. Starter gives you 50 GB, unlimited uploads and video.
