1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address (for OTP login), name, business details, and photos you upload. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including: authenticating your account, processing your photos with AI features (face detection, culling, reels), delivering photos to your clients, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account.

3. AI & Face Data

When you use face recognition features, we process facial data using AWS Rekognition. Face data is stored in encrypted, per-gallery collections and is automatically deleted when you remove a gallery. We do not sell or share facial data with third parties. Face data is used solely for the purpose of matching and grouping photos within your galleries.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your photos are stored on Amazon S3 with encryption at rest. All data transfers use TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including regular security audits and access controls.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate (AWS, Stripe), when required by law, or with your consent (e.g., when you share a gallery with clients).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When your subscription ends:

• Your photos and projects are preserved during a 30-day grace period.
• After the grace period, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Projects exceeding free tier limits become read-only.
• 90 days after subscription expiry, excess projects are archived. We send multiple email warnings before archival.
• Archived data may be recoverable by contacting support within 30 days of archival.
• Free accounts with no activity for 12 months may be flagged for review, but we will always notify you before taking any action.

Face recognition data (AWS Rekognition collections) is automatically deleted when you remove a gallery, or during the archival process described above.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, download your photos, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cliqora.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
