Common Questions

Is the listing really free?
Yes. Listing your business costs nothing on any plan, including Free, and there's no card to enter. You only spend credits when you choose to see a client's contact details.
How do quote requests work?
A client fills in a short form on your listing. We email you when it arrives, and you see it under Leads in the app. Seeing the client's contact details costs 2 credits. One unlock is $5; larger packs bring it down to $2.58 per unlock.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. The listing works on every plan. Pro and Business include lead credits each billing cycle (50 and 150), which suits photographers who get regular requests.
My business is already listed. How do I take it over?
Find your listing in the directory and choose Verify & Edit. We confirm it's you by email, then you can update the details, add your own portfolio photos and receive requests.
Will my phone number and email be public?
No. Clients contact you through quote requests, so your phone number and email aren't shown on your public listing.
What do I get besides the listing?
The same account runs your client galleries. New accounts start with a 14-day trial: 25 GB, unlimited uploads, video, then keep the Free plan (3 GB, 1,000 photo uploads every 30 days, photos only, unlimited projects) with selfie photo search.
