Hi there! I'm Nicolas 👋 A forty-something (yes, already...) wedding photographer based in Paris and Île-de-France. Originally from a small northern country famous for its fries and beer ;), I followed my heart and moved to the Paris region in the early 2000s. No regrets so far ! I started photography in 2009, alongside music, which have always been my two big passions in life. After years working in IT as a developer and graphic designer, I made the leap in 2018 to become a full-time wedding photographer. Best decision ever. My style ? Rock & Romantic. I love fun, lively, natural photos filled with genuine emotions. The kind of shots where you're truly yourself, no filter, no stiff poses. If you choose me as your photographer, fair warning : I will absolutely encourage you not to take yourself too seriously during the formal shots ;) Depending on the moment of the day, I work both as a photojournalist (capturing everything that unfolds naturally in front of me) and as a portrait photographer (imagining a scene, thinking about composition, making magic happen during the couple session). What really drives me is capturing the human being, their emotions, their laughs, their little in-between moments. Each wedding is also a new encounter, and honestly, that's what makes this job so special to me. I cover Paris, all of Île-de-France, and beyond if your venue calls for it !
